I dont have any specific artists to name but i know of a ton of good Russian techno.

Well if you basicly look up anysongs associated with DDR they’re gonna be in english or japanese. There are very few in spanish…

yes i have alot of swedish and finnish techno
but why u want music in other languages?

There are some good Japanese techno bands.
